Registered Nurse Emergency Services Main and FSED 7p-7a

• $30,000 Sign On Bonus (First half paid on first paycheck and second half paid on 1 year anniversary)*

As a Registered Nurse at Lake Granbury Medical Center (LGMC), you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. About the Job:

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care

• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures

• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse

• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills

• 3x12s, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Requirements:

• TX RN license

• Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred

• BLS & ACLS certification

• TNCC upon hire preferred but must possess within first year

• PALS or ENBC

• 1 year of ER experience
