Full Time Days Hospital: Peyton Manning Children's Hospital Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Manages overall pediatric cardiac program under the direction of executive leadership and reports to the director of PMCH (Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital). This role is a liaison for inpatient and outpatient cardiac care services at PMCH.

Program manager will work closely with the inpatient and outpatient teams on equipment needs, educational needs of the program, and human resources to provide the highest level of care. Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics. Responsibilities Manage clinical program activities, workflow and nursing resources. Responsibilities: Develop, implement and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives.

Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks, prioritize, and coordinate work. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.

Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
