Registered Nurse (Rn) Dialysis

HireNow Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Dialysis team in Selma, AL. As an RN in Dialysis, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to patients with renal diseases or kidney failure, administering dialysis treatments, and monitoring patients' responses to therapy.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis Location: Selma, AL 36703 Weekly schedule: Day Shift Monday/Friday - Rotating weekends Salary: $45,760.00 - $70,928.00 Signing Bonus:

Qualified candidates will receive a $15,000 signing bonus upon completion of the hiring process. RELOCATION PACKAGE None Responsibilities: Perform hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) treatments Monitor patients' vital signs and laboratory values during dialysis sessions Assess patients' vascular access sites and ensure proper care and maintenance Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care Requirements: Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama Minimum of one year of experience in dialysis nursing preferred Dialysis certification (CDN or CNN) preferred Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment BCLS - Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support Nice-To-Haves ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life If you are a dedicated and compassionate RN seeking a rewarding opportunity in Dialysis nursing, we encourage you to apply.
