Currently seeking Case Manager Registered Nurse for a permanent opening in Pottstown, PA. This is a permanent assignment with 8:00 am- 8:00 pm shifts (includes a 30 min break) Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will possess a current
PA Nursing License.


With over 87,000 Emergency room visits a year this position will allow you to expand your current knowledge in a challenging and rewarding environment. In this position the case manager will evaluate patients in the Emergency Department for alternate levels of care and necessity for acute care admission, arrange for appropriate outpatient services, and evaluate for appropriate utilization of service levels of care and necessity for acute care admission, arrange for appropriate outpatient services, and evaluate for appropriate utilization of services.


  • Seeking an RN, BSN with 3-5 years of clinical experience in the Emergency Department or outpatient setting.
  • 1-2 years of proven knowledge of utilization review, case management and discharge planning is desired.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and team-oriented skills.


  • Rate: $46.00 / hr
  • Part-time Benefits- Full


  • 3+ to 5 years experience
  • Minimum Education- Bachelor's Degree
  • Hours: 8:00am-8:00pm Saturday and Sunday


  1. Current RN nursing license in the State of PA in good standing
  2. Current BLS
  3. Current TB skin test
  4. 3+ years of nursing experience in ER or outpatient setting
  5. 1+ years of case management/discharge planning/UR experience a plus
