As a behavioral health registered nurse (RN) you will:

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

• Develop a nursing care plan in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff.

• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and colleagues.

• Participate in discharge-planning process.

Earn an effective rate of your base rate +$10 per hour, distributed as your base rate per hour now, after 90 days, be eligible to receive a lucrative bonus valued at $10 per hour for the hours accumulated during your first three months. Other benefits include:

Qualifications

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse / RN you will have:

• Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN.

• BCLS Certification.

• ACLS preferred.

• Minimum one year in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
