Registered Nurse (Rn) -Acute Rehab Unit

We are excited to announce the opening of a new Acute Rehab Unit in Lewiston, Idaho, and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN in our Acute Rehab Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:

- Assessing and analyzing patient needs and developing individualized care plans

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history

- Educating patients on their medical conditions and treatment plans

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care is integrated and comprehensive

- Ensuring patient safety by adhering to established protocols, policies, and procedures

- Evaluating patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

- Active RN license in the state of Idaho

- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
