Diagnose and treat a patient's unique responses to diagnosed health problems
Perform health assessments
Execute medical regimens as prescribed by physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, etc.
Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments
Document all patient service in EMR * Perform necessary triage functions
Utilize Vista/CPRS to schedule patient appointments
Other duties as assigned (Administrative Functions) * Develop and coordinate patient education programs
Serve as liaison among nursing staff and providers to improve the clinical experience for patient, staff, and provider
Registered Nurse holding on of the following degrees: a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master's Degree in Nursing, or and Associate Degree in Nursing.
