• Monitoring and documenting vital signs
• Collaborating with the client's healthcare team
• Start of Care (Memphis and surroundings areas)
• Supervisory Visits
• Re-Certification Visits

Requirements

• MUST HAVE PRVIOUS OASIS AND HOME CARE EXPERIENCE!

• Current nursing license (RN)
• In good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification (no online cards accepted)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
