Per Diem RN Location: Fulton County, Georgia (Alparetta, Sandy Springs, Union City, Hapeville, etc.) (Field Visits) Job Type: Per-Diem, Flexible Hours Responsibilities Conduct thorough home safety assessments to identify potential risks and hazards.

Obtain vital signs and perform mini head-to-toe assessments with precision and care. Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families regarding health management and safety measures. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.

Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
