Minimum years of experience not specified License: Valid permanent California license required Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine and current booster required; Flu Vaccine required Must-Have: - Proficiency in CSLINK/EPIC- Great communication skills- Ability to triage phone calls- Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Teams Job Description: - Coordinate medication matters, including communication with pharmacy, handling appeals, and managing patient calls about medications and dosages- Coordinate patient interactions, including calls, triaging, and messaging- Support providers through rooming patients, pre-charting, and assisting with procedures- Provide pre-op instructions to patients- Assist with surgical wound care and setting up for clinic procedures- Operate medical equipment, such as blood pressure machines

Previous permanent employees must have a gap of 24 months before being eligible for travel positions. Orientation will consist of 12 hours, non-billable.
