Registered Nurse - Infusion Oncology

Job ID: 24-03965 Registered Nurse Infusions Oncology Ashville, North Carolina Pay From: $35 Per Hour MUST: Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of North Carolina Strong experience administering infusions Ability to access Ports or PICC lines Oncology experience preferred Comfortable triaging phone calls Ability to assess patient needs and condition Reacting calmly in emergency situations Current CPR & BLS certifications are required.

DUTIES: Room patients Administer infusions accessing ports or picc lines Mix and administer chemotherapy Monitor and assess patients Dispose of biohazardous waste, per OSHA and HRS guidelines. Responsible for on going patient assessment. Document and updated patient interactions and information in EMR Ensure appropriate charges are captured for administration of all medications Triage phone calls from providers, hospitals, patients Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
