We are seeking Registered Nurse to join our team in our Shreveport, LA location.
Earn: $35.99/hour + $7,500 yearly mileage stipend
The RN is a vital member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The RN provides medication management, medication education, crisis intervention, medication administration to consumers of the ACT Team. The RN is also responsible for following the orders of the team's prescribers to ensure the members are receiving adequate treatment and interventions. RNs assist with PCP and other medical specialty coordination to ensure the members needs are being met. The RN assist with assessment and the development of the person-centered treatment plan. This is community- based work.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of one (1) year current nursing experience is preferred.
A current Louisiana Nursing License
In addition, a current and valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
Willing to work in a community setting with members diagnosed with SMIs and Co-Occurring Disorders.
This is a community based position that requires travel throughout the parish.
