Registered Nurse - Mental Health (Orange County, NC)

Piper Companies is searching for a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join a community-based team delivering mental health resources throughout Orange County, NC. The RN will be a member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals providing clinical support to patients in their homes and other inpatient/outpatient settings. This person will have the option of working a Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift, or a 4-day, 10-hour day shift schedule.

Responsibilities of the RN include:

• Administer medication (including injectables) & provide education on medication & side effects

• Visit patients in their homes and facilities to evaluate health and report any issues

• Collaborate with other team members like Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Therapists & Counselors

• Provide case management services for treatment plans

Qualifications for the Registered Nurse include:

• 1+ years of Nursing experience

• Prior experience within psychology/behavioral health, preferred

• Active North Carolina RN licensure is required

Compensation for the Register Nurse include:

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
