Find your purpose changing the lives of our patients as a Registered Nurse at our Paynesville Hospital! As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established nursing practice standards. You will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. You will supervise the care provided to assigned patients in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations that govern this facility and as may be required by the Director/Head Nurse or Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
Schedule
Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Paynesville Hospital
Days and nights | 12-hour shifts | 7am
7:30pm and 7pm
7:30am
Every third weekend | Rotating holidays

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Minnesota RN license
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 12 months of employment
TNCC or CALS within 12 months of initiating ED orientation
Electronic Fetal Monitoring within 12 months of initiating OB orientation
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Paynesville Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
