The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care. The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team. As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s). Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.

What You'll Be Doing

To deliver nursing care to adult and geriatric patients utilizing the nursing process. Functions as a professional nurse and delegates patient care to those under his/her supervision.

What We're Looking For and What We Offer

Associates Degree; BSN Preferred
Previous medical/surgical-oncology experience preferred.
Current New Jersey RRN License. Completion of I.V. certification, Phlebotomy certification and Chemotherapy competency as per hospital policy.
BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association),and certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Must have taken and passed ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Course.
