Looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to work in our Medical Surgical Department!

RN Med Surg/Tele 3C

Full time: .9 FTE (36 hours per week)

Day shift: 7a to 7p

Welcome Bonus eligible up to $35,000!

Lutheran Hospital is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Med Surg 4C team! We offer welcome bonus and relocation bonus, up to $35,000, tuition reimbursement, loan repayment and excellent benefits! Our PRN (occasional) offers flat rate positions with flexible scheduling!

Our Medical Surgical 4C department is a 20 bed unit which cares for a variety of high acuity patient needs. The patient population includes general medical surgical patients, is telemetry capable, with an excellent opportunity to expand your skills. Included in the focus of care are acute renal failure, post-surgical patients, as well. To be successful in this unit, you must be empathetic, confident, able to adapt quickly, have critical thinking skills to assess patient needs, with a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills!

Requirements and qualifications:

• ASN minimum

• Valid Indiana RN license

• BLS within 90 days from hire

• Additional certifications completed within 90 days - 6 months from hire

• Hiring new grads to experienced RN's
