QUALIFICATIONS: # 1.# Current RN license to practice in California. # 2.# One year acute care experience preferred. # 3.# BLS certification required and maintained thereafter. # 4.# ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within the first 3 months and maintained thereafter. # 5.# Must successfully complete Telemetry Competency test within 3 months of employment and maintained yearly thereafter. # 6.# Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language. # 7.# Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and co-workers. # 8.# Ability to provide leadership in a positive direction that is consistent with the policies, goals,# ##### objectives, mission and vision of the Hospital and Nursing Department.
