We are currently seeking a RN Lead at our Idaho Cardiology Associates Clinic in Nampa!
At St. Luke's Clinic
What You Can Expect:
The RN Lead will assist with leading daily huddles, educating and mentoring clinical staff, process improvement with Practice Manager, staff schedules, coaching of staff, and acting as a Staff RN when needed.
Schedule: Monday
Friday, four days / week with variable day off
7:30a-5:00p. No weekends / holidays!
Sign On Bonus Available!
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
Experience: 3 years' experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
