Qualifications:

Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). BSN preferred; professional nursing certification preferred. Recent acute care experience within past 3 years preferred.# Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements. Current technical certificates such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) , Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), NIH Stroke Scale Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) as required by specialty area.
