Registered Nurse, Inpatient Unit

$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS\ FULL-TIME DAY AND NIGHT NURSES NEEDED FOR HOSPICE HOUSE We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to work in our new Hospice House. Be a part of our amazing team providing exceptional care for patients at the end-of-life.

Full Time 12-hour shifts (also looking for Part-Time and Per Diem) Rotating days, weekend, and holidays $87,500 annually to start $7,500 sign on bonus (full time day shift) $15,000 sign on bonus (full time night shift)\ Annual merit increases End-of-year bonus 5% night differential 403B with match Generous PTO What the role will entail: Perform initial and ongoing patient/family, physical, emotional, psycho-social, cultural and spiritual assessments to ensure and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive, holistic services by the Interdisciplinary Hospice Team, while effectively communicating patient status to family members and or caregivers.

Provide palliative nursing care and symptom control in accordance with physician orders and IDG plan of care. Documents and enters into EMR all assessments and interventions before the end of the shift. Develop and prioritize the interdisciplinary care plan goals of the patient/family, hospice team and attending physician, prior to team meetings.

Provide anticipatory guidance to the patient/family to assist in preparing for coping with events as they occur. Revises nursing diagnosis, goals and interventions, expected outcomes, and plan of care based on assessment of data and input of patients and family members prior to the weekly IDG meeting.
