New Graduates

New registered nurse (RN) graduates' benefit from a comprehensive, personalized support system. All RNs in their first nursing role are invited to participate in a Nurse Residency Program alongside nursing orientation. The program provides socialization and support, enhances clinical judgment, and promotes professional development.

We have exciting nursing opportunities available in Med/Surg at IU Saxony Hospital in Fishers, IN! This 32-bed is combined ICU/PCU with focused daily rounding on each patient, mobilization of even some of our most ill patients, pronation and Bi-level therapy for our acute respiratory distress syndrome patients, balloon pump, DKA, artic sun, post cath-lab, and STEMI. patients. We have a strong focus on hip and knee joint replacements and are proud to be a part of the Indiana University Health Hip and Knee Destination Center. We also care for a wide variety of medical and general surgery patients. Our nurses thrive in a fantastic work environment focused on multi-disciplinary team engagement. Qualifications

• Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.

• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
