Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our emergency staff in Radcliff, KY. The RN will supervise nursing staff, provide direct patient care, and ensure compliance with clinical and administrative procedures to safeguard the health and well-being of residents.
Schedule of the Registered Nurse:
- This is a Full-time position.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Supervise professional and ancillary nursing staff to deliver efficient resident care.
- Provide first-level supervision, evaluation, and guidance to nursing staff.
- Assign clinical staff based on skills and expertise to meet resident care needs.
2. Resident Care and Management:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Document and communicate changes in resident conditions, care needs, and treatments.
- Respond to emergency situations and participate in all aspects of direct resident care.
3. Medication and Treatment:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Accept and account for prescription drugs and explain medication purpose, dosage, and potential side effects to residents.
4. Education and Training:
- Participate in staff education, in-service training programs, and emergency drills.
- Serve as a preceptor for new employee orientation.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Document and report clinical and administrative issues clearly and concisely.
- Participate as a member of the resident’s individual treatment team.
- Utilize standard infection control procedures and ensure compliance with facility protocols.

Requirements
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Kentucky.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, BLS) are preferred.
