Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time, Nights Position in the Float Pool at Northwest Health

• Porter Hospital

• New pay rates available!

• Full time: 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts.

• Holiday and weekend rotation required.

• Hours:7p-7a

• Earn up to $20,000 in tuition reimbursement!

About these units:

• up to 30 bed units, 4:1 and 5:1 patient to nurse ratio.

• Must have prior Critical Care experience in PCU, IMCU or ICU

This is a fast role that care for critical care step-down from ICU, which includes cardiac and neuro patients, as well as patients at an acuity too high for med/surg such as PCU and IMCU. May also be floated for ED Holding or MedSurg units.

Education/Experience:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required, BSN preferred.

• Prior RN experience is preferred.

Licensure & Certification:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
• BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
• ACLS certification must be maintained while in this position
• PALS Certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire
