Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, residents, and ancillary staff to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Critical Response:

Provide emergency care, manage a wide range of diagnoses, and respond to life-threatening situations with precision and expertise. Key Responsibilities Dynamic Care: Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with diverse physical and behavioral problems.

Acute Response:

Perform emergency interventions, maintain central and peripheral lines, and administer medications and blood products. Professional Documentation:

Ensure complete and accurate documentation of patient care according to facility/unit policies. Patient Support: Offer psychological support, initiate patient education during discharge, and promote professionalism and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent experience in an emergency department or major trauma center, with no more than a six-month gap working in that setting. Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing accredited by ACEN or CCNE.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred; Master's Degree in Nursing or related field highly preferred. Licensing: Current unrestricted RN license from any state (United States), and a current CPR/BLS certificate accredited by the American Heart Association.

Certifications: Current ACLS certificate accredited by the American Heart Association.

Certification of Emergency Nursing (CEN) through BCEN preferred. Nurses with CCRN certification and ED experience will also be considered. Why Join Us?
