We are seeking experienced and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join our team. As an ER RN at MLK Community Healthcare, you will provide critical care to patients in emergency situations, working alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Provide excellence in clinical nursing practice and management of patient care.

Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate high-quality, individualized patient and family-centered care based on the Watson Model of Care. Report to the Clinical Unit Supervisor of the Emergency Department. Maintain 12-hour accountability for patient care activities.

Identify and demonstrate abilities to meet the special needs and considerations of age and population-specific awareness. Actively participate in fulfilling the mission of Martin Luther King Jr.

Community Hospital.

Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience in Emergency Department nursing. Current California Nursing license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Current Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) certification within 90 days of hire or notification of requirement. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
