Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

About the Role Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication. Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Emergency Department. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
