Ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and will be responsible for overseeing the Health & Wellness Department and the care of our residents. This includes health assessment and services planning for all the community residents, as well as the coordination for residents’ health needs from the health care community and vendors. This position manages a staff of professionals through supervision, education, and support.
Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, empathy, compassion, and the ability to promote a healthy lifestyle for all will be instrumental. Ideal candidates will be a Registered Nurse with prior progressive management experience and two years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Assisted Living preferred. A background in senior health management is recommended and a current nursing license is required. The ability to demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge and state regulations is also necessary.
