We are seeking a Full Time RN Case Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in our Hatboro, PA location. This role provides Case Management support to individuals living in group homes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.

• Current license as an RN in the Commonwealth of PA.

• One year of experience as an RN preferred.

• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.

• A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
