Flexibility: Full-time and part-time positions available, Monday - Friday New Grads Welcome: We encourage and support the growth of new nursing professionals. Responsibilities: Act as a vital member of the Multidisciplinary Group.

Provide compassionate home health and hospice services to individuals and their families. Manage care for a caseload of primarily complex clients under general direction. Offer clinical supervision to staff Registered Nurses.

Assume a leadership role by providing supervision to CNA's associated with the caseload. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary group and other caregivers to achieve specific goals. Ensure access to other disciplines, as needed.

Requirements: Current RN licensure in the State of Utah. Possession of a current Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills.

Experience with in-home patient visits, palliative care, medicine management, wound care, and IV skills.
