The Intake RN manages the nursing care and responsibilities of patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Familiarity with a continuum of care. Through a systematic process of interaction with patients, the patient's significant others, and the appropriate health care providers, collects and analyze data regarding the patient's physical, psycho-social, environmental, self-care, educational, spiritual, cultural, and anticipated discharge needs to be included as an important element of the planning process.

wage range: $44/hr. - $50.40/hr.

Bonus offer for Full-Time positions

Requirements

Must have COVID vaccine and booster according to CA Mandate.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.

Minimum Work Experience

Experience working in a behavioral/psychiatric facility preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education is acceptable.

Required Licenses

Current California RN license and CPR

VIEW JOBS Come join our Kern Memorial Medical Plaza team as a Registered Nurse. This per diem career opportunity has a varied schedule and is located at our outpatient practice in Bakersfield, CA. As a procedure and recovery nurse you will work closely with our knowledgeable and patient focused team; this is a great opportunity to care for patients in a one-on-one setting.
