DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REGISTERED NURSE ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR

As a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC), you will be responsible for preparing assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective. Your attention to detail and clinical experience will help you to evaluate and identify changes in our residents conditions and initiate appropriate steps.

You understand being responsible for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs. Most importantly, you go home knowing you made a difference in the lives of others!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed as an RN

  • Previous experience in a long term care facility

  • Previous MDS experience

Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills? Are you patient and emotionally mature?

Are you open to constructive feedback? Can you make independent decisions with good judgment and also collaborate as a team player? If so, you might just be perfect to join our skilled nursing team as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIETARY AIDE / COOK As a Dietary Aide / Cook, you'll assist in the daily food preparation and cleaning as directed. Residents will be served meals, coffee, beverages, and special food items in a timely manner during meal times either in the dining area or to their room. At the conclusion of each meal, you will prepared the dining room for the next meal and ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents. As required, you keep accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately. With patience and a calm demeanor, you treat those you care for just the way you would want your own family members treated. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIETARY AIDE * Previous culinary experience preferred Are you flexible and always willing to jump in and help where you're needed?
