• 1+ years of nursing experience is required

• EMR experience is required

• Active State of NY RN License

Description:

• Collaborates and speaks with providers/physicians to ensure patient care is adequate

• Documents all relevant information about patient into emr system

• Creates own schedule according to patients needs

• Assess payment and responsible for ongoing authorizations

• Educates/instructs patients on medical maintenance

• Care/Discharge plans
