Registered Medical Assistant

RMA or CCMA Required.

Job duties:

Large majority of this job is scheduling patients

They will be working in a cubicle work environment

Taking calls from patients regarding new appointments and follow ups from previous appointments

Monitor new and return patient contact

Scheduling surgery appointments and coordinating with Doctor schedules

On clinical days, will be rooming patients

Recording and updating patient medical histories

Measuring and recording vital signs

Monitor supply inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment is available

Clean and stock exam rooms when necessary

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must haves:

• certified or registered medical assistant - with a completed CCMA/RMA
• 1 year of experience as a medical assistant in any focus or discipline
• 1 year EPIC experience
