Registered Massage Therapist
Full-time preferred or flexible hours.
$50 up to $70/hour
WaterlooThe Registered Massage Therapist will work within a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in conjunction with a team of Sports Medicine Physicians, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Orthopedic Surgeons in an environment that promotes daily collaboration among our team of practitioners.This is what you'll be doing:

Practice evidence-based massage therapy
Utilize professional judgement and interpersonal skills with patients and health care professionals.
Communication with clients, team members and others to achieve collaboration and service coordination.
Provide appropriate treatment for patients based on assessment findings and patient feedback.
Participate in program development, to support health and wellness for individuals, groups, and communities

Education:

Registered, and in good standing, with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
Knowledge of different massage techniques and their benefits
Strong orthopedic skills with a background in strength and conditioning
