PREMIER PRIVATE PRACTICE – Registered Dental Hygienist Opportunity!

We are currently looking for a full-time RDH to join a premier, well-established, private practice in Menomonie, WI. Our office has a solid patient base and a strong reputation within the community. This practice would like a team member who wants to be a part of the fabric of the office, is passionate about all things dental, and leads by example.

The ideal associate will enjoy supporting a stable and committed support staff, beautifully updated facilities, and an opportunity to grow along with the practice.

·You are licensed in Wisconsin

· You enjoy working in a clinically focused, patient-first, friendly dental office

· You are experienced in ALL general dentistry procedures, basic restorative, impacted molars, implants, fillings, crowns…

· You’re passionate about delivering an exceptional patient care experience and quality work

· You want to work in an efficient office environment with an outstanding dental staff that is well trained and highly motivated

· You enjoy a busy and fast-paced work environment

· You have experience with crowns, fillings, implants, and extractions

· You are passionate about educating patients on the importance of following through with proposed treatment

· You have leadership aspirations, are open to helping train and teach staff, and are a team player

Other details:

- Production expectations will depend on your skillset and experience.

- There are as many chairs as needed available to the new associate.

- Assistants available as needed!

- Full-time: Monday – Friday with possible Saturdays
