Registered Dental Hygienist (Rdh)

$1000 singing bonus We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality dental care to our patients while maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with our dental team to ensure our patients receive top-notch oral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Conduct dental cleanings and periodontal scaling and root planing procedures to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.

Take and process dental X-rays as required for diagnosis. Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants to prevent dental decay. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutritional counseling, and the importance of maintaining good dental health.

Evaluate and monitor patients' oral health by documenting findings and maintaining accurate patient records. Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and surgeries as necessary. Follow infection control and sterilization protocols to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.

Stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and dental technology through continuing education. Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Alabama. Current CPR certification.

Proficient knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and patient care.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
