RDA Front Office: We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled professional to fill a dual role as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and Front Office Coordinator in our comprehensive dental practice. This position requires expertise in both clinical assisting and administrative tasks, supporting our full-scope holistic dental services ranging from routine procedures to complex surgical interventions.

The ideal candidate will seamlessly transition between back-office clinical duties and front-office responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize a broad skill set in a dynamic, cutting-edge wellness focused dental environment. Responsibilities: Clinical (RDA) Duties:

Ability to assist in wide range of clinical procedures including restorative, surgical and endodontics Experience working with IV sedated patients is a plus Preparing patient charts in advance of appointments for dental work Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms, ensuring clean working environment Knowledge of dental instruments Recording treatment information in patient charts Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment Taking digital x-rays and CT scans (training will be provided for CT scans) Taking patients' vital signs and medical history Providing patient care to create a welcoming comfortable environment before, during, and after dental procedures Educating patients on holistic oral hygiene and wellness (training will be provided) Educating patients on oral care following treatment and surgery Maintaining accurate patient records and assist with scheduling Helping maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment Performing laboratory duties including 3D printing (training will be provided) Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control procedures Performing office management tasks that often require the use of a computer Communicating with patients and suppliers and ordering supplies Working together with other staff to help with the flow of the day Front Office Duties: Managing patient scheduling and maintain the appointment book Greeting and check-in patients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed Answering phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Following up with patients for scheduling, aftercare check in, and general patient communications Maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records Assisting with inventory management for office supplies Qualifications: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dental practice management software and digital imaging systems CPR certification Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite Education and Experience:

Completion of an accredited dental assisting program Minimum of 3 years experience as an RDA, preferably in a multi-specialty practice At least 1 year of front office experience in a dental practice Experience in assisting with advanced procedures such as implants, oral surgery, IV sedation and full mouth rehabilitation is highly desirable Continuing education in specialized areas of dentistry and dental office management is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required Qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter for consideration.
