Our diverse team works hard to deliver world-class service to each and every client. The Registered Client Service Associate reports to the Client Service Manager. Your role will be critical in leveraging both the Advisors' and Client Service Manager's time as efficiently as possible.

You will use your excellent customer service, polished communication, and superior problem-solving skills to confidently meet the service needs of our clients and partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Manage onboarding of new clients, including data gathering, creating financial planning agreements and payment invoices, establishing new accounts and overseeing asset transfers. Manage service needs of top tier clients, including processing daily operational requests (account maintenance, asset movement, etc.), and problem resolution in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare meeting documents by completing executive summary and agenda, generating performance reports, and managing post-meeting follow-up tasks.

Address client inquiries regarding operations processes, account requirements, and basic industry concepts (contribution limits, required minimum distributions, etc.). Accept and execute trade requests for clients. Maintain CRM database while ensuring adherence to appropriate client service models. ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

What You Will Need: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual should have the following skills and abilities:

Strong desire to learn and expand career within the firm. Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Enthusiasm for customer service; positive, friendly attitude.

Proficiency with computing and technology (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of direct experience in investments and financial planning operations. Basic knowledge of various investment types, account types and industry standards. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required or ability to attain within six (6) months of hire date. PHYSICAL DEMAND: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
