Your role

We are looking for a dedicated Client Associate to provide a best-in-class client experience through active communication, exceptional attention to detail and quick inquiry resolution. Willing to consider a Part-Time candidate.

Your expertise

• Ideally 3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry

• Must have current series 7 and 66 license (or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)

• demonstrated ability to work on a team in a fast paced professional environment

• proven communication skills (i.e. phone skills and email writing)

• independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action

• passionate about the client experience

• self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations

• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
