Job Description
Summary/Function
We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join a dynamic and high-producing team in our Salt Lake City, UT office. This team-critical role requires attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple requests, outstanding client service skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality with respect to client, Financial Advisor (FA), branch and company information.
Experience and Skills
Primary Qualifications:
Series 7 & 65/66 licensure preferred or the ability to obtain SIE/7/66 licensing within requisite period of time.
Knowledge of the securities industry, its operations, and products to include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and insurance products.
Previous experience in banking, finance, or investments industry a plus.
Post-Secondary education preferred but not required.
Solid technology skills (Microsoft Office). Experience with Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, & Money Guide Pro preferred, or with similar programs
Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem solving and client service skills.
Proven ability to time-manage multiple requests and competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Must be able to maintain a regular, predictable work schedule, Monday
Primary Duties:
Daily interaction with clients. Provide exceptionally courteous and efficient customer service supporting client satisfaction and requests.
Work closely with FA & communicate meaningful information and activities related to client accounts and transactions.
Assist FA with monthly and quarterly projects, and implementing periodic client mailings, correspondence and events.
Assist FA with the preparation of reports for current and prospective clients.
Review, maintain and process account documents and information.
Facilitate the transfer of client funds and/or securities and the issuance of checks upon request.
Enter orders to include buy/sell stock and bond trades, and mutual funds.
Provide administrative support, including but not limited to phone, client appointments, filing and other projects & duties as assigned by the FA and/or Branch Manager.
Develop & maintain ongoing working relationships with many company departments/staff in order to successfully complete daily tasks.
Adherence to all Branch, Firm, Industry and Compliance policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
