MedCare/Rise is looking to hire a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) that is motivated to work with children with Autism in a clinic setting.

Job Description

• Provide direct care to clients in a one on one and group settings

• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data on company issued tablets

• Follow protocols and implement behavior reduction plans

• Complete daily session notes

• Attend staff meetings and trainings

• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents

• Pay: $17- $20 per hour based on experience and education level

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (preferred but not required)

• Experience working with children or children with special needs (preferred but not required)

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Demonstrate highly professional and positive attitude

• Reliable and punctual

• Must pass background check
