Responsibilities and Duty

  • Implement the treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members
  • Provide treatment in home, school, and community settings
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations throughout a work day
  • Willingness to work variable hours (potential for evenings and weekends)

Requirements

  • 6+ months of direct ABA experience (preferred)
  • BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred) or Currently Enrolled in University (preferred)
  • Experience working with children in an ABA setting
  • Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smart phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members

Job requirements: * Current licensed applied behavior analyst (LABA) in the state of Massachusetts required. * 2-5 years working directly with children and adolescents with ASD required. * Experience with VB, PECS, DTT, PRT and ESDM a plus.
