Registered Behavior Technician - RBT - Full-Time And Per-Diem

Description Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the direct supervision of the BCBA. The staff will be responsible for implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed by the BCBA in clinic, home and community-based settings Responsibilities: Follow behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed and created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Teach clients the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan Through direct observation collect and accurately record data Teach and reinforce social skills Complete accurate treatment notes in a timely manner Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, clinic, and in the community Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries Implement supervisors' feedback to improve professional performance Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of client materials. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Maintain current CPR certification Ability to pass Level 2 Background Skills: Knowledge of ABA therapy Patience and perseverance Customer service Analytical thinking Clinical skills Competencies: Attention to Detail

  Staff must display excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at one time. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors, peers, and community members and all stakeholders.
