Responsibilities and Duty

  • Implement the treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members
  • Provide treatment in home, school, and community settings
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations throughout a work day
  • Willingness to work variable hours (potential for evenings and weekends)

Requirements

  • 6+ months of direct ABA experience (preferred)
  • BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (preferred)
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred) or Currently Enrolled in University (preferred)
  • Experience working with children in an ABA setting
  • Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smart phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members

Qualifications: What we ask of you: * Master's Degree in psychology or related field preferred; * One year experience working with special populations in related capacity; * Experience with conducting research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred; * Required Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) ; * Experience working with individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities is preferred, but bring the right attitude, and we'll train you for success; * Effective communication skills a must – ability to communicate clearly with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families.
