Starting Pay: Ranging from $20-$21.50/hour, once certified and depending on experience

What You'll Do as an RBT
Support kids with autism in developing essential skills in communication, social interactions, daily living activities and play-based treatments like sensory activities, while celebrating their victories (big and small!).
Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and other interdisciplinary clinicians and mentors while providing therapy.
Review behavior plans and other instructional materials to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Passed RBT exam and completed Registered Behavior Technician certification
Passion for working with children, patience, compassion and the desire to advocate for families in the autism community
Applicable backgrounds (but not required) include childcare, substitute teacher, daycare worker, autism advocate
