Reports to: Principal
The Paul F. Doyon Memorial School is seeking two Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● RBT certification
DESIRED QUALIFICATION:
● Understanding and experience utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis
● Prior experience working with students with special needs
● CPI or SafetyCare Training preferred
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES (NOT LIMITED TO):
● Provide instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
● Run programs that may include academics, communication (i.e. manding, tacting, intraverbals,
etc.), early learner skills (i.e. motor imitation, visual perceptual skills, etc.) social, and adaptive
daily living skills
● Collect data and record the progress of skill acquisition
● Facilitate social and inclusion opportunities -Implement specific behavior support plans
(including data collection and graphing as needed) as designed by the BCBA
● Potential additional for extended school day hours
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
● While performing the duties of this job, the individual is frequently required to walk, stand, sit,
talk, and hear.
● The individual is regularly required to bend, stoop, crouch and/or kneel.
● The individual is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
