Regional/Location Manager

Summary:  Our team is dedicated to elevating the music and event scene in new dynamic markets.  We are looking for Regional Managers to learn our business and lead our operations in Hawaii and in San Francisco.  Do you have what it takes? 

What you will be doing:

• Establish and manage the new location  ensuring alignment with the companies  brand standards and operational protocols
• Lead recruitment, training, and management of local staff, including DJs and administrative personnel, to ensure top-notch service and performance.
• Design and implement strategic business plans specific to the local market dynamics to promote growth and expansion

Who you are:

• Someone with DJ experience and a willingness to pursue the craft
• Must be resourceful and proven business management skills
• Experience in an event coordination, event management, and have an established entertainment network
• Able to relocate to Hawaii or San Francisco after L.A. based training
• Able to train in L.A. for 3 months
