10-15 Years Selling Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud, Hosted solutions
Managed teams of 5-10 AEs
Track record of quota attainment in the $20M range
Good tenure in your positions – no short stays

Value Based Selling abilities – Customer Centric Selling approach strongly preferred
BS degree, Thirst for knowledge, desire to learn and grow
Experienced selling Direct and through Channel partners (Channel partners are established)

No Duties and Responsibilities Minimum requirements: The AVP will be a practicing Catholic. Additionally, the successful candidate should have: * A minimum of ten years of progressive experience administering mission-driven programming at Catholic colleges or universities, with a preference for a Jesuit environment based on transformative education and Ignatian pedagogy; and * A terminal degree in a field such as ministry/divinity or a traditional academic area of study. Duties and Responsibilities: * The AVP serves on the President's executive leadership team and reports to the President via the Chief of Staff. The AVP leads a division that includes Campus Ministry at all three Chicago campuses and faculty and staff chaplaincy and will oversee or work closely with campus units that support the university's Catholic and Jesuit identity. The AVP will manage budgets as assigned by the President for mission critical offices and programs and will oversee a staff of 20. * The AVP will develop partners throughout the university and will be an integral part of decision making, strategic planning, and hiring, retention, and development efforts for both faculty and staff. The AVP will work with Provosts, Vice Presidents, and Deans to promote academic offerings, research and student engagement that reflect the mission and values of the university. * The AVP will also support the President and advancement division in fundraising efforts to build the endowment for mission-related programs, centers, institutes, and activities. The AVP will also serve as staff resource and liaison to the Jesuit and Catholic Mission and Identity Committee of the Board of Trustees and promote an understanding of mission and identity awareness among all trustees through orientation, education, and periodic updates on key mission related matters. * Along with the Rector of the Jesuit Community, the AVP will represent the university and serve as a resource and/or representative to the Archdiocese of Chicago, the Jesuit provincial, Loyola's Jesuit Community, and Catholic organizations locally, regionally and nationally. In particular, the AVP will collaborate on mission initiatives among Jesuit and Catholic colleges and universities and the Association of Jesuit Catholic Universities (AJCU), including soliciting and nominating candidates for AJCU formation programs. * This position partners with, among others, the Hank Center for the Catholic Intellectual Heritage, the Gannon Center for Women and Leadership, the Theology of Healing Earth in Action (THEA) Institute, the Associate Provost for Mission in the Health Sciences Division, and the Campus Ministry Staff at the John Felice Rome Center. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience A minimum of ten years of progressive experience administering mission-driven programming at Catholic colleges or universities, with a preference for a Jesuit environment based on transformative education and Ignatian pedagogy; A terminal degree in a field such as ministry/divinity or a traditional academic area of study; Must be a Practicing Catholic Qualifications The successful candidate for AVP for Mission Integration will be an accomplished leader with a high level of initiative and the necessary perceptive and pastoral interpersonal skills to achieve executive-level goals. The following characteristics are sought: * A solid understanding of the teachings of the Catholic Church, with an emphasis on the Jesuit mission, vision, and values; * Deep familiarity with the Spiritual Exercises, the Jesuit educational tradition, and the history and charism of the Society of Jesus; * Proven leadership experience of an ability to engage in the intellectual and spiritual identities of the Catholic university; * Record of successful and innovative programming, and an ability to engage the campus community in meaningful conversation around mission; * A diplomatic collegial and collaborative partner who can bring together a diverse group of constituents; * An effective problem solver with the ability to manage decisively at the executive level; * An effective writer with outstanding verbal communication skills, as well as a dynamic presenter.
