Working as the Regional Vice President supporting new business recently opened, you will be responsible for planning and directing operations within the assigned region in order to support the Key Performance Indicators reporting to the Senior Regional Vice President.
This position will be responsible for accounts in the Houston Market. Travel is required for this position - up to 75%.
The position must be located in Houston, TX.
Participates in strategic planning meetings
Supports the development and implementation of clinical and patient service programs that meet client needs, regulatory agency requirements and meet client, patient and customer satisfaction
Participates in the sales process for the acquisition of new business. Coordinates the development of proposals and contracts. Prepares and conducts presentations to prospective clients
Conducts Team meetings with Regional Team Members to discuss current objectives. Prepares agendas and conducts training sessions and presentations on issues regarding quality, safety and human resources
Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure contract compliance. Participates in C.A.R.E audits
Interfaces with existing clients to maintain client satisfaction and account retention
Resolves client, patient and customer satisfaction or employee related complaints which have been elevated from Regional Directors of Operations. Interfaces with legal and human resources to obtain procedures for various customer and employee related charges
Conducts appropriate annual and semi-annual performance evaluations
Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy and procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadline
Projects and practices consistent ownership attributes, which provide a high level of customer service at all points of contact
Participates in Patient Visitation rounds with account management team during each site visit
Bachelor's Degree,or Master's Degree, preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of ten years progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice/ hospitality management experience
Minumum of four years experience in muli - unit experience, preferred
Strong background in a senior leadership role with exposure to contract management, customer service, people development, food services, etc
Must have a proven track record and knowledge of growing a business
Exhibits strong communication, presentation and listening skills
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
Must have strong analytical skills
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Extensive travel required in this position
