As our Regional Vice President of Consulting, you are responsible for managing client portfolios of 15 to 25 programs, developing C-suite level client relationships, providing guidance for successful delivery of programs, and delivering hands-on problem-solving to manage escalations. Youll also lead an entire regional segment within Consulting, directly managing Program Directors and Project Management leads, as well as create a high-performance culture for an entire Consulting team of up to 30 individuals. This Regional Vice President, Consulting will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and will be expected to travel (locally and regionally) 50% of the time. Your Day to Day: Tag team with the Program Directors to ensure they are building strong relationships at mid-management levels Manage client relationships at the executive level (CIO/GBS leaders/CFO) Ensure monthly steering committee meetings are executed with clients in collaboration with program directors Collaborate with sales to proactively plan for growth, hiring, and contract reviews Help program managers set up projects for success Proactively manage churn by proactively identifying risks and helping Program Managers develop mitigation plans Collaborate with Product Management on segment-specific solutions Partner with client executives, global process owners, and internal stakeholders to align on expected value and means, and to measure it continuously.

To be successful in this role, youll need: Bachelor’s degree required 15 years of professional services experience in a technology-led consulting business Experience in building and managing consulting best practices Proven track record of developing C-suite-level relationships Experience managing and developing high-performing teams Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts, such as, Order-to-Cash business processes including Cash application, Collections, Deductions, and Financial Reporting Strong stakeholder management skills in win-win solutions and negotiations Strong presentation and facilitation skills with small and large groups Ability to influence, and manage change in scope to drive standardization Strong organization and prioritization skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Anticipate project risk and constraints and implement appropriate solutions, delegating as appropriate Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, working cross-functionally throughout the organization Willingness to constantly learn, fail, fix, and grow Perks & Benefits: Performance-based bonus or commission (for eligible roles) Remote flexibility for certain roles Competitive benefits, 401k matching plan and wellness resources Chance to earn stock options for top-performers Paid parental leave Paid company & flex holidays ZINGy environment: quarterly events, team outings, and MORE
